At the Arctic Panorama Lodge all meals are served on one long table where all guests meet and enjoy the good company.

Aud is an excellent chef and her food is always thoughtfully prepared using fresh, locally-sourced seasonal produce of the highest quality.
The rich breakfast-buffet offers all the local delicacies and Aud ensures that nobody is leaving hungry. Lunch is a set menu and traditionally a lighter meal, but in the afternoon tea, coffee and cake and biscuits are served. The main meal of the day is dinner, always based on fresh, local  ingredients of highest quality.
